Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 50 ml / 1.7 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube or 10 ml / 0.35 oz simple syrup
  • 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Few drops of water
  • Ice cube or sphere

Directions

Muddle sugar and bitters with a few drops of water in a glass. Add whiskey and a large ice cube. Stir gently and garnish with an orange peel.
